You tried setting the air pressure to 0.3 MPa or higher and the air ON time to about 5 seconds!
As a measure to address the powder residue on the gentle slope side of the off-center hopper, it has been adopted by a chemical company. We received a call from a customer who said, "It's not working well," and when we inquired about the operating conditions, they mentioned that the air pressure was 0.1 MPa and the air ON time was about 0.5 seconds. We then advised them to first try increasing the air pressure to above 0.3 MPa and extending the air ON time to about 5 seconds. With these conditions, the problem was resolved immediately.
